Some ducks dive, and others dabble. This Northern Pintail is the latter, but that is not all he can do. You can trust him with holding your rings, earrings, hairbands, and other trinkets with his tail, wing tips, and webbed feet while foraging for food.
Approx 4.5 inches in diameter.
Microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Hand washing recommended for pieces with sculpted details.
Wheel-thrown stoneware, hand-sculpted and painted with underglazes and glazes.

Handwashing is recommended for pieces with sculpted details.
Even fully vitrified ceramics can absorb liquids over time if left soaking, especially in dirty or colored water, and get stained. Avoid prolonged soaking and rinse promptly after use.
Sudden temperature swings (like ice water into a hot mug or fridge-to-microwave) can cause cracks in ceramics over time. Letting pieces reach room temperature before heating or chilling helps them last longer.
